Babies
grow so fast it seems that they do it almost every time you turn your back.
Watching your child grow so quickly is something truly special and it always
gives you fresh memories. It
can be hard to believe that the tiny child you first brought home from the
hospital is the same one grabbing onto everything trying to stand up or
spreading their food all over the place. These first few months can almost fly
by and it can be hard to keep track of everything that needs to be done.
Setting
routines, making sure everyone is sleeping properly and keeping track of all
the small things that go on from day-to-day is the most important thing in your
life. When all you want to do with the time you have to yourself is relax, keeping
track of everything else can soon become hard. Especially when it comes to
money.All
the things that come with new children, the need for new clothes, the toys, the
food and keeping them happy and healthy can easily add up. You shouldn’t have
to spend time worrying about paying for everything when all that matters is
spending time with your child. Another problem to fuss over doesn’t help
anyone.At
this time of year this is especially true. The first Christmas with a new baby
is too special to be taken over by worrying about money. Everybody should be
able to take their mind off things and enjoy a special moment as a family. This
doesn’t need to be difficult. There are always going to be challenges that come
from nowhere when you have a baby but keeping track of your money shouldn’t be
one of them. Shopping around the credit cards on offer from American Express
and their benefits can really be helpful. Pick
the right credit card from American Express and make life a little
simpler. The reward points scheme can help you find something special for your
little one, a night out together for parents or even a trip away together as a
family. The easy account checking means you’re always in control and 24 hour
support is available to help no matter when you need it.
Staying
on top of your finances doesn’t have to be a hassle or keep you from the
important things, it can be easy and help you budget more effectively. With New
Zealand preparing for the strongest festive retail sales in years as data for
October records a 1.8% increase in electronic card transactions (equivalent to
NZ $3.6 billion), the ability to keep on track of your finances could be more
important than ever.
Yeah xmas is a total money pit. I have to be extra careful and not charge things to cards because interest is crazy high.
ReplyDeleteCredit cards can be very helpful. You get extra interest by keeping your money in the bank just a little bit longer. Plus you get rewards for using it. The only hitch is that you need to pay THE ENTIRE BALANCE off when you get your bill. Not just the minimum payment. If you pay off your balance in full, you don't have to pay any interest. Credit cards are great if you use them as the tool they are meant to be. Not as a loan.
