Chocolate Pudding in 30 Seconds.

It's been busy busy around here. If you have read my latest post, you're now aware that Baby K has started crawling and that results to a paranoid freak mommy i.e., me. She's been trying to go everywhere, even in the smallest space and I've always been on the look out because I don't want her to bruise herself or bump into the coffee table and vases. Looking after her means less time in the kitchen. I can't bake because that will take too long and I find it hard to keep an eye out on her while thinking whether my measurements are right. And as you all know, I crave for pudding once in a while. It's one of my favourite dessert but I hate how it will took about an hour or so making it so I have been researching or shall we say, google-ing, ways on how I can make it faster.

Not too long ago, I found this very smart recipe which gives out chocolate pudding just the way I like and it only takes less than a minute to be cooked. I used this from a guy named Samuel Cochran. His recipe is the easiest and tastiest recipe I've tried and I tell you, I've tried a few ones out there.

The ingredients you will need are self raising flour, sugar, cocoa powder, milk, brown sugar and hot water. You do it as how you normally make a chocolate pudding only this time, you put it in a microwave for 30 seconds. Yes you read that right, 30 seconds. Amazing, huh?

It was saucy and very yummy. I love how since it's only one cup, you won't be eating more than that unless you're eager to make it again. But for me, it makes me control my sugar cravings and not have more than that cup. Even Patrick liked it and he probably liked it more than the one that I baked before. So if you're in a hurry or don't have much time baking and has been craving for sweets, this is the way to go. Hope you're having a fab weekend.
