Liebster Award

Another unexpected award has been given to me by Carolyn from Lifelong Health and Wellness. She has nominated me for the Liebster Award! If you're not sure what the award means, it is a social media award given to new bloggers (I guess) who has less than 200 followers. Thank you so much Carolyn for giving me this award.

To be able to accept this award, I have to answer questions given to me and list 11 random facts about me.

1.  When and why did you start blogging?

I started blogging at 2009 over at Tumblr. I thought of blogging as a way of expressing my thoughts and feelings. When I learned that I was having a baby, I thought of making a new blog but wasn't really able to do it earlier. Now, this blog which I started last month is dedicated to my baby girl. I thought I'd make it an online journal of my life with her. I also wanted to share my experiences with other moms out there that might be experiencing the same things that has been happening with us.

2. If you had to have one ringtone to have for the rest of your life, what song would you choose?

Justin Timberlake - Like I Love You, so that whenever I hear it, I'll be dancing.

     

3. You are trapped in an elevator: other than a cellphone, what three things would you want to have?

Bottle of water, to make me full. Flashlight so it won't be dark and my iPod so I'll be entertained while waiting.

4. If  you could meet one famous person for coffee, who would you meet? 

Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) from The BigBang Theory. He seems to be a very interesting guy. I ant to see if that's how he really thinks in real life.

5. Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook?

Pinterest, there are just so many ideas that I did not even know about.

6. If you could have a superpower, what would you choose?

Can I have two? Haha but for me, I'll choose telepathy. In that way, I'll be sable to know what others think and won't have to guess. I think it's sort of invading someone's privacy, you know? But then again, I'll be able to read the minds of those high powered people and I'll know if they really have a good intention in what they are doing.

7. What's your favourite blog post you've ever written?

My favourite post so far is my Birth Story. I love reminiscing and sharing my experiences to others. I hope that they won't make the same mistake that I did. 

8. Lions, Tigers, or bears? (oh my!)

I always choose bears. They are fluffy even in real life. They look scary but cute at the same time. They look so big and would be good to cuddle with. If I ever see one, I'll be tempted to run and hug it.

9. What's your favourite time of the day?

I usually like mornings even though I'm hardly a morning person anymore. I love seeing sun rays shining into the house.

10. What's the last movie/book that made you cry?

Mitch Albom's Five People You Meet In Heaven. It's a very good book. It made me think about how I treat everything in my life.

11 Random Facts

• I'm not good at drawing.  I thought I was but it's just too hard for me. I can only draw stick person.
• My first Victoria's Secret perfume is the Forbidden Fantasy.
• Ever since baby K was born, I barely socialise with other people.
• I still have an old Nokia as my phone.
• I'm not a fan of action type of movies.
• Whenever I like a particular song, I tend to play it over and over again until I get annoyed with it.
• I used to take French lessons when I was in high school.
• I wanted to have a dark reddish brown hair but whenever I dye my hair, it doesn't turn out that way.
• Princess Sarah was the first movie I saw in the cinema when I was a kid.
• I don't like cold weather.
• I want my future house to have a big kitchen area.
