No Yeast Cinnamon Rolls

I have been craving cinnamon rolls for the longest time. I was planning on making them weeks ago but I was too hesitant because I have never worked with yeast before. I was afraid that I'll waste a lot of ingredients because I did not do it right. Until recently, I came across a recipe that involves no yeast.  I got so excited, I knew I have to make it soon. 

I got this recipe from Recipe Girl. It's the easiest recipe I've seen. The ingredients are simple and of course, you won't need to use yeast. I did not have to worry about anything. When I was making the dough, I thought it will be a disaster because it was sticky and wasn't able to roll out properly. Turns out, I just needed to put some more flour to it. 

As you have noticed, they weren't perfectly rolled out and that's because I was only rolling out with one hand while my other was carrying baby K. They turned out good for a beginner like me. The only thing it did not have was cream cheese glaze as we ran out of cream cheese. Other than that, it was good and they liked it. I'll eventually be able to perfect this and maybe even make the cinnamon rolls that has yeast in it. Happy Tuesday everyone!
