Mini Celebration

It's Patrick's birthday today. Too bad he had to work until 11pm so we had to wait for him to celebrate. He is now 23 years old, getting older and older (Ha Ha). Anyway, we prepared a few food to celebrate his birthday.

Mini Feast

I'm not sure if he knew but it was meant to be a surprise. I cooked some spaghetti, although it lacks some herbs 'cause we ran out but as he rated it (he likes rating the food that he eats), it's 9 out of 10 so it's pretty good.

His cousin, Shelby, made some thin crust pizza. For me, it was really good but he didn't like mushrooms so it wasn't that good for him.

There were also some fried squid which his sister bought.

We were waiting anxiously because his cake arrived at 9pm and he won't be home 'til 11:30 pm. We tried to resist the temptation of eating the cake. They ended up snacking on the fried squid though. Everything turned out well for this mini celebration.
